Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but only if the item received is different from what was ordered (wrong item, incorrect variant, etc.).

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or other buyer's remorse reasons.

To request a return, contact us at hachiko.japan2026@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the item received.

Return shipping costs for eligible returns are covered by us. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
